Nice and comfy

We spent just one night on our way to Tulum but we slept very well. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The location is good if you want to be close to the airport. The host was extremely nice and helpful.

Comfortable place close to airport with very nice host!

Che is an awesome host! We only stayed one night at his place as we arrived very late at night at Cancun airport. The accommodation is very close to the airport - very convenient. Che was nice enough to offer us airport pickup for a reasonable price. As our luggage unfortunately did not arrive with us, we had to wait for it at the airport for another two ours in the middle of the night. Che waited for us at home and still let us check-in although it was 3am. The place was basic but comfortable. Nice house with beautiful garden & pool. Highly recommended!

Close to the airport great for a first night

We wanted to stay one night close to the airport and this was perfect as it is very close to the airport :) We had some trouble with the rental car company and Hernan was very helpful with the situation. We did appreciate his help greatly and even check with us later on during our trip

Good value for the price

Judith prepared breakfast for us, including an awesome cup of coffee. She was very friendly and answered all our questions.

The property is located in a quite neighborhood so we felt safe and slept comfortably.

What would you highlight about Che's House

A homely staying in Cancun for a family of five abroad.

At first, We did not have so much expectation when we booked this hotel. We were gladly surprised for all amazing help we did get since we landed at Cancun Airport. We are a family with three little girls. After having no rent car to pick up, Judith came and picked us up right before midnight, and for a less amount than that we were been asked for from taxi drivers around there. Our oldest daughter with stomach pain got some hot thea and painkiller, that we are very thankful for!. It is not a hotel as you will understand as how a hotel is, but to get a larger bedroom with a private bathroom beside, a simple but enough breakfast for the whole family with a delicious sort of black coffee, and a excellent attention, made our staying unforgettable. We were so tired after many hours travelling and to get into Chez house was a bleessing. We are planning to come back here on our next visit to Cancún. Highly recommended.

We did not spend so much time at this place and we do not have any complaint so far, just good experience with our staying here.

Judith picked us up at the AirPort in the evening.

Judith picked us up at the AirPort in the evening. Then ordered a pizza dor us to eat. Then we took a refreshing dive in the pool. Thats quite good after 12 hours flying. We slept well and a had a Nice breakfast. I would recommend Che’s for everybody

What would you highlight about Che's House

No Air Condition in July in Cancun

The owner was friendly and kind. This a a Bed & Breakfast that is really just borrowing a bedroom in somebody's home. The pool was small but refreshing and nice way to spend a couple hours in evening sitting outside in their private yard.

A real issue- July in Cancun with no air conditioning, and a second story bedroom. It was easily 85f in the bedroom that night trying to sleep. She requested cash payment at the property, and since did not have pesos left was up to them the exchange rate which was a little on the low side, but then the $20 for the under 5 minute ride to airport was far and away the most expensive taxi ride we paid in entire trip to mexico. Other reviews had talked about the man being so helpful- we never saw him - just a woman that was very friendly and nice- but there was no breakfast (it was early when we left though) but not even an offer of coffee, and they never asked/mentioned about how to get dinner or what to do for that. There is really no way to call a taxi so we were stuck with the $20 shuttle ride to airport- and home is located behind a locked gate with 10 foot wall with electric fence on top- definitely did not look like a neighborhood to walk around in so there is no way to walk outside and getting dinner was basically impossible. I am sure they could have arranged for delivery or shuttle, but was not really up for a $20 ride to get a $15 dinner.

What would you highlight about Che's House

Fantastic! Beautiful family with a classy stylish home.

That I felt apart of the family here. Julie and Che are fantastic people and I got to cook, clean up, and sit down to eat and visit with them.

Not a dislike but, just an observation and advice for anyone wanting to stay here. To go to a store for what you think you may need prior to arriving or having transport for necessities. No stores are walking distance from the house. Just advice for future guests.

Great honesty close to the airport.

Che and his wife were so friendly it was just like staying with friends at their house. There are no restaurants nearby so they ordered pizza for us and we watched a movie in their lovely home. Excellent location for the airport and great shuttle service. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay!

The hosts were nice and helpful! We had a good time at their place, even though we stayed just one night. They are very close to the airport, which was practical for us, as we arrived late. They feature a pool with a nice backyard and the BBQ area !
